The method comprises the steps of obtaining radar profile matrix data; then extracting position information of each point in the ground penetrating radar profile data; respectively calculating the aperture number and the interface incidence point coordinate of each point according to the position information of each point; according to the aperture number of each point and the coordinates of the incident point, calculating the time delay of each point in each corresponding aperture according to a preset time delay calculation formula, and finding the matrix element position of the time delay corresponding to each aperture; taking any column of data in the profile matrix to calculate time delay, and positions of focused elements of each aperture are packaged into a 'tower' array; and finally, substituting the whole section data into a preset
