Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of satellite navigation, and provides a method for calculating broadcast ephemeris and clock error parameters of a regional navigation satellite system, which comprises the following steps of: observing in an L wave band to obtain satellite-ground two-way time synchronization observation data and pseudo-range phase observation data of the L wave band; preprocessing and comparing the satellite-ground two-way time synchronization observation data to calculate a satellite-ground two-way measurement clock error; performing data preprocessing on the pseudo-range phase observation data, and deducting the satellite-ground bidirectional measurement clock error to obtain clock error-free distance measurement data; carrying out multi-satellite statistical orbit determination based on the distance measurement data without the clock error so as to obtain orbit parameters; determining a broadcast ephemeris of a regional navigation satellite system by using the satellite initial
