Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for detecting the content of zinc slag in hot galvanizing zinc liquid, which belongs to the technical field of detection methods. The method comprises the following steps of (1) sampling zinc liquid in a zinc pot during production of an outer plate, and cooling to obtain a blocky sample, (2) longitudinally cutting the blocky sample, and polishing and corroding a cutting surface, and (3) observing the size and the density of the suspended slag in the zinc pot within the area of 10 mm under 100 times of a microscope, and stopping production of the outer plate when the size and the density of the suspended slag exceed the standard.
