Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method and application of novel nitrogen and phosphorus co-hybridized carbon fluorescent microspheres, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) mixing and uniformly stirring a sodium ascorbate solution and an ammonium phosphate solution, reacting at 220 to 250 DEG C for 10 to 18 hours, and cooling to room temperature after the reaction is finished; 2) centrifuging the reaction mixture obtained in the step (1) at 12000 to 15000 rpm for 15 to 30 minutes, removing black precipitates, collecting brown supernate, filtering to remove insoluble substances, and dialyzing the obtained filtrate to remove unreacted small molecules; and 3) freeze-drying the dialyzed solution to obtain the nitrogen and phosphorus co-hybridized carbon fluorescent microspheres.
