The control device comprises a frequency converter, a touch screen, a controller, a control relay, a temperature sensor, a pressure sensor and a flowmeter, and the temperature sensor, the pressure sensor and the flowmeter are installed on a supercooled water unit. The whole system is controlled by an intelligent and automatic control system; a humanized human-computer interaction interface is built, and PID energy adjustment is carried out according to the refrigerating capacity requirement of operation of the supercooled water unit.
