Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a preparation method of a heat-resistant waterborne polyurethane coating, which comprises the following steps: adding isocyanate, polymer polyol, a methacrylate active monomer and a cross-linking agent into a reactor for polymerization reaction, and adding a catalyst for reaction to form a polyurethane prepolymer; adding a sulfonic acid type hydrophilic chain extender into the prepared polyurethane prepolymer to carry out chain extension reaction; adding hydroxypropyl methacrylate into the reactor, and carrying out an end capping reaction; adding deionized water while cooling and stirring to obtain an emulsion; adding an initiator into the prepared emulsion to obtain a heat-resistant waterborne polyurethane emulsion; and adding water-based silica sol, a wetting agent and a flatting agent into the heat-resistant water-based polyurethane emulsion to obtain the heat-resistant water-based polyurethane coating.
