The manufacturing method comprises the steps that S1, a profile to be machined is fixed to a three-coordinate numerical control machine tool; S2, the to-be-machined profile is subjected to numerical control high-speed milling to reach the thickness size and the boundary dimension of a part, and a profile part is obtained; S3, the profile part is annealed; S4, the profile part is subjected to stretch bending forming through a stretch bending machine; S5, the profile part is quenched; and S6, the profile part is subjected to roll bending forming, and the variable-thickness frame chord profile part is obtained.
