HEAT PUMP-TYPE COOL/HOT-AIR DRYER AND DRYING METHOD

The purpose of the present invention, which relates to a heat pump-type cool/hot-air dryer and a drying method, is to supply an inexpensive and good heat pump cool/hot-air dryer product desired by a consumer in response to development and popularization of various heat pump dryers. According to the gist of the present invention, the heat pump-type cool/hot-air dryer comprises: a drying/evaporating device (103) for heat-exchanging and cooling first return air (201) introduced from a drying chamber; an evaporator fan (301) for suctioning and discharging the first return air having passed through the drying/evaporating device (103); a drying/condensing device (102) for heat-exchanging the first return air introduced from the evaporator fan (301) to heat same to a predetermined temperature; and an air-supplying fan (302) for introducing air having passed through the drying/condensing device (102) into the drying chamber, and further comprises a bypass air damper (204) for introducing or blocking second return air
