Zusammenfassung:	This electrolytic smelting system (100) is provided with: an electrolytic smelting furnace (1) having a furnace body (10) in which a molten ore (Wm) is introduced, a negative electrode substrate (11) provided on the bottom part (10B) inside the furnace body (10), and a positive electrode substrate (12) provided above the negative electrode substrate (11) inside the furnace body (10); an inert gas circulation unit (2) that has a circulation line (21) for recovering an inert gas supplied into the electrolytic smelting furnace (1) together with oxygen and for supplying the inert gas again to the molten ore (Wm); and an oxygen removing unit (3) that is provided in the circulation line (21) and removes oxygen from the circulation line (21). 电解冶炼系统(100)具备：电解冶炼炉(1)，其具有被导入熔融矿石(Wm)的炉主体(10)、设置于炉主体(10)内的底部(10B)的阴极基板(11)、以及设置于炉主体(10)内的阴极基板(11)的上方的阳极基板(12)；非活性气体循环部(2)，其具有将供给至电解冶炼炉(1)内的非活性气体与氧一起回收，并再次向熔融矿石(Wm)供给非活性气体的循环管线(21)；以及氧去除部(3)，其设置于循环管线(21)，并从循环管线(21)去除氧。
