Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a direct-current charging pile cable. The cable comprises three power wire core conductors, two auxiliary power wire core conductors, an auxiliary control wire formed by twisting two control wire core conductors, and a main control wire, the outer surface of a belting layer is coated with a sheath layer, and the sheath layer is composed of the following components in parts by weight: polyolefin elastomer, polypropylene resin, silane-coated modified aluminum hydroxide, aluminum diethylphosphinate, calcined kaolin, polyethylene wax, an antioxidant, a cross-linking agent, a styrene-butadiene copolymer and polyethylene glycol distearate; and the polyolefin consists of 50 to 80 parts of ethylene-octylene copolymer and 20 to 50 parts of linear low-density polyethylene. According to the DC charging pile cable, under the condition of IRM902 test oil 168h/100 +/-2 DEG C, the tensile strength retention rate of the sheath layer reaches 75%, and the elongation at break retention rate reaches 80%.
