Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for rapidly determining an iron liquid component window for producing a high-quality ductile iron casting. According to the method, the adding equivalents of a nucleating agent and a spheroidizing agent are considered. Through thermodynamic calculation of a high-flux component material, on the basis of the obtained solidification characteristics and in combination with actual pouring cooling conditions of production, proper components of the molten iron are screened out according to the constructed solidification characteristic discrimination criterion of the high-quality ductile iron casting, so that a molten iron component window is formed.
