Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing noble metal oxide coating electrodes at high flux, which comprises the following steps of: punching hemispherical pits on a pure titanium or titanium alloy square sample plate according to the regular arrangement of rows and columns at equal intervals; according to the element requirements and the component range for preparing the noble metal oxide coating and the pit volume, determining a table of the pit number-noble metal oxide coating component-prepared solution volume ratio; adding solutions of the corresponding components of the pits prepared according to the table data into the corresponding pits, filling and drying, and taking out a sample plate; and putting the sample plate into an electric furnace for heating treatment, cooling, and shearing the sample plate into small square sheets or long strips according to the pits to obtain electrodes coated with a noble metal oxide coating and containing corresponding components.
