Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a lactobacillus protection agent and application thereof. The lactobacillus protection agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 79.9-89.9% of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, 9.7-19.9% of citric acid monohydrate, 0.05-0.15% of sodium benzoate and 0.15-0.25% of polydimethylsiloxane. The lactobacillus protection agent solves the problem that an existing lactobacillus liquid preparation is difficult to preserve for a long time, has effects on lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus buchneri and lactobacillus coryniform, can remarkably prolong the preservation time of the lactobacillus plantarum liquid preparation at normal temperature, and even has a large viable bacterium amount in the sixth month.
