Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of probe detection, in particular to an RNA (Ribonucleic Acid) fluorescent probe as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The RNA fluorescent probe disclosed by the invention is a novel probe synthesized on the basis of a thiophene compound, and the probe can be combined with RNA through hydrogen bond interaction, intercalation and the like by virtue of the characteristic that a V-shaped conjugated structure and a rigid plane of the probe are connected in a single bond form. After RNA is embedded, free rotation of a single bond of the probe is limited to generate a twisted intramolecular charge transfer (TICT) mechanism effect, so that RNA can be biologically imaged through a fluorescence detection method, and particularly RNA detection in a cell or water environment can be realized.
