Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of high-strength closed-cell type glass pumice. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: S1, mixing; S2, feeding: guiding the raw materials mixed in the step S1 into a vibrating screen for screening, and forming a raw material layer with the thickness ranging from 10 mm to 20 mm on a conveying belt of a sintering furnace; S3, sintering: enabling the raw materials to sequentially pass through a preheating region, a foaming sintering region and an annealing region in the sintering furnace to obtain glass pumice with a closed-cell structure, the temperature of the foaming sintering area being 790-800 DEG C, and the duration time being 5-10 min; and S4, cooling: flatly laying the sintered glass pumice on a cooling table for cooling to the room temperature.
