The backpack type AGV comprises a frame, a lifting mechanism, a driving mechanism, a guiding mechanism and a power source, wherein the lifting mechanism, the driving mechanism, the guide mechanism and the power source are mounted on the frame. The guiding mechanism comprises magnetic stripe sensors and a controller which are installed on the frame, and the magnetic stripe sensors are electrically connected with the controller.
