A system establishing module is used for establishing a total coordinate system for a machine main body and establishing a sub-coordinate system for a three-degree-of-freedom structure; a positioning module is used for positioning the machine body and the three-degree-of-freedom structure; a monitoring module is used for monitoring and counting the operation of the machine main body and the three-degree-of-freedom structure; and a tracking module is used for tracking the trajectory of the three-degree-of-freedom parallel machine according to a monitoring and counting result. The system is used for solving the technical problems that in an existing scheme, movement and operation of the three-degree-of-freedom parallel machine are not monitored and analyzed from different aspects, and the initial situation of abnormity and the abnormity degree are not tracked and prompted.
