The system comprises a healthy limb motion detection device and an affected limb motion detection device which are in communication connection; the affected limb movement detection device is used for acquiring actual active movement information of an affected limb through filtering preprocessing, performing comparative analysis on the actual active movement information of the affected limb and the active movement information of a healthy limb, performing model analysis on musculoskeletal of the affected limb, and reminding and guiding the affected limb to move. The method comprises the following steps: performing data filtering on an electromyographic signal; judging the initial moment of the muscle action of the diseased limb by utilizing a TKEO operator; and performing feature filtering on the electromyographic signals in the non-motion state.
