The method comprises the following steps: acquiring facial form data in a normal state, wherein the facial form data comprises mark point information; constructing a facial statistical shape model according to the facial form data in the normal state; adopting a non-rigid registration algorithm of different parameter groups to obtain a reference model between the facial statistical shape model corresponding to the parameter groups and the facial defect data; calculating error data between the facial defect data and a reference model; and according to the error data, determining a reference model from the reference models as reference data of the facial defect data. According to the implementation mode provided by the invention, the pressure of data entry is reduced, the problem of too few feature points is avoided, and the error of manual point selec
