Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for predicting and calculating the wear life of a pin shaft hole, which comprises the following steps of: establishing a suspension assembly kinematic dynamics model through simulation software, performing suspension dynamics simulation analysis and calculation, and calculating and extracting a maximum radial force value between a suspension swing arm pin shaft and a mounting seat; analyzing the position of the pin shaft with the maximum stress, conducting contact finite element analysis calculation on the suspension swing arm pin shaft and the mounting base, and calculating and extracting the maximum shear stress value of a mounting base hole; according to an IBM abrasion calculation method in the tribology principle, calculating the number of times of abrasion resistance of the suspension swing arm pin shaft and the mounting base hole; and calculating the wear life of the swing arm pin shaft and the mounting seat hole of the suspension according to the offset frequency and th
