The method comprises the following steps of S1, maintaining a grounding knife switch to be grounded, and disconnecting an isolation knife switch; S2, connecting an excitation end test line of a frequency response curve tester to a neutral point bushing, connecting a response end test line of the frequency response curve tester to a measurement end screen, connecting a grounding shielding line of the test line of the frequency response curve tester to a transformer oil tank grounding point, and starting the frequency response curve tester; S3, switching and connecting the response end test line of the frequency response curve tester to another measurement end screen, and starting the frequency response curve tester; and S4, repeating the step S3 until a frequency response curve test of the transformer is completed.
