The lampshade and the fixing pipe are coaxially arranged. The lampshade is located above the fixing pipe. The lamp body is arranged in the lampshade. The reflecting plate is horizontally arranged above the lampshade. A gap is formed between the reflecting plate and the lampshade. A cleaning mechanism is arranged on the fixing pipe. The fixing pipe is connected with the lampshade through the cleaning mechanism. A snow removal mechanism is arranged on the reflecting plate, and the reflecting plate is connected with the lampshade through the snow removal mechanism.
