Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a sealing connection structure and a pressure gauge. The sealing connection structure is provided with a mounting groove for mounting an elastic tube on a main body, and the first end of the elastic tube is arranged in the mounting groove and is communicated with a first interface arranged on the main body; a first sealing assembly used for fixing the first end in the mounting groove is arranged in the first end of the elastic pipe, a second sealing assembly is further arranged at the position, corresponding to the first sealing assembly, in the mounting groove, and the second sealing assembly is used for sealing the communication position of the first end and the first connector; and the second sealing assembly is also used for sealing a gap between the elastic tube and the first sealing assembly. Therefore, the sealing connection structure provided by the embodiment of the invention can realize sealing connection between the elastic tube and the main body without a welding or bonding
