Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a bubble eliminating release agent for an aluminum alloy template. The bubble eliminating release agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of epoxy resin, 5-10 parts of polyether, 20-30 parts of diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 5-15 parts of dibutyl phthalate, 3-5 parts of neopentyl glycol, 0.001-0.003 part of a catalyst and 1-3 parts of a stabilizer. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the bubble eliminating release agent for the aluminum alloy template. The bubble eliminating release agent has relatively good mold release performance, is wear-resistant, has relatively good adhesive force with a template, does not adsorb gas, and effectively eliminates bubbles. 本发明公开了一种铝合金模板用气泡消除脱模剂,各组分及其所占重量份数包括:环氧树脂40~60份,聚醚5~10份,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯20~30份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5~15份,新戊二醇3~5份,催化剂0.001~0.003份,稳定剂1~3份。本发明还保护上述铝合金模板用气泡消除脱模剂的制备方法。本发明具有较佳的脱模性能,而且耐磨损,与模板附着力较佳,同时不会吸附气体,有效消除气泡。
