Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a synthesis method of vinylene carbonate. The method mainly comprises the following steps: (a) adding ethylene carbonate and a sulfonating reagent into a reaction bottle, adding an initiator, conducting heating to a certain temperature, and performing reacting to obtain 2-oxo-1,3-dioxolane-4-sulfonic acid; and (2) mixing the obtained product with an organic solvent, and adding a certain amount of polymerization inhibitor for an elimination reaction with organic amine to generate vinylene carbonate. According to the method, vinylene carbonate is prepared by adopting a sulfonation and elimination method, and compared with a chlorination and elimination method in the prior art, reaction yield is greatly increased, and a reaction period is shortened. 本发明提供了一种碳酸亚乙烯酯的合成方法。该方法主要步骤包括(a)将碳酸乙烯酯和磺化试剂加入反应瓶中加入引发剂升温至一定温度反应得到2-氧代-1,3-二氧戊环-4-磺酸;(2)将得到产物与有机溶剂混合,加入一定量阻聚剂与有机胺进行消除反应,生成碳酸亚乙烯酯。本发明方法采用磺化加消除方法进行碳酸亚乙烯酯的制备,对比现有工艺氯代+消除方法,大大提高了反应收率,降低反应周期。
