Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a process and a method for producing a high-quality ductile iron casting with the structure characteristics of fine graphite and high sphericity. By additionally arranging a slow flow groove and applying ultrasonic treatment to molten iron which flows into a slow flow groove and is subjected to spheroidizing inoculation, the formed ductile iron casting is high in solidification structure graphitization rate and graphite sphericity degree, and the mechanical property of the material is improved; and according to the nodular iron casting produced through the technology and method, the yield strength is improved by 10%-30%, and the tensile strength is improved by 10%-25%. 本发明提供了一种具有石墨细小、球形度高组织特征的优质球铁件生产工艺及方法,通过加置缓流槽并对流入其内经球化孕育的铁液施加超声处理,成型后的球铁件凝固组织石墨化率、石墨球形度高,材料力学性能获得提升,通过本发明所述工艺及方法生产的球墨铸铁件屈服强度提升10-30%,抗拉强度提升10-25%。
