The invention provides a balloon-shaped biological sampler which comprises a sampling part, a catheter part and a connector part which are connected in sequence, wherein the sampling part is in a balloon shape, can be expanded after being filled with fluid and can be recovered to the original state or contracted to a smaller-size state after the fluid is pumped out, and the surface of the sampling part is completely subjected to flocking treatment; and the connector part is connected with an injection pump, and the sampling part can be filled or evacuated through the catheter part. The biological sample of a deeper cavity of a human body can be collected, and the collection efficiency and the elution efficiency are very high. 本发明提供了球囊状生物采样器，包括，采样部分、导管部分、接口部分，三个部分依次连接；采样部分为球囊状，充入流体后可以膨胀，抽出流体后可以恢复到原状或者收缩到体积更小的状态，采样部分表面全部进行植绒处理；接口部分与注射泵连接可通过导管部分对采样部分充盈或抽空。可以采集人体较深腔道的生物样本，并且具有很高的采集效率和洗脱效率。
