The curing agent (B) includes a multifunctional isocyanate compound. The acrylic resin (A) is a hydroxyl-group-containing acrylic resin. A content of the multifunctional isocyanate compound is 1 part by mass or greater per 100 parts by mass of the acrylic resin (A).
