The invention provides a scatter communication networking method, a central station, a peripheral station and a scatter communication system, the system adopts an FDD or TDD communication mode, a downlink multiple access mode is TDMA, an uplink multiple access mode is SDMA, the central station is configured with a digital array antenna. The method comprises the following steps: receiving an antenna alignment request signal of the peripheral station, and sending a response signal to the peripheral station in an idle time slot, completing antenna alignment with the peripheral station; performing signal interaction with the peripheral station in the idle time slot, and determining the time slot number of the reservation stage; performing signal interaction with a peripheral station in a time slot corresponding to the time slot number of the reservation stage, and determining a time slot number of a data stage, symbol data adopted in the data stage, a modulation mode and a coding rate; and in a time slot correspo
