The power box is provided with a first placement cavity, a second placement cavity, a sealing plate and a via hole, the battery is arranged in the first placement cavity, the sealing plate is detachably arranged at an opening of the first placement cavity, the two conductive blocks are arranged on the inner wall of the second placement cavity at intervals, the two buffer devices are connected with the power box and the water tank, the conductive rod is in a T shape and arranged on the water tank, and a water outlet hole is formed in the water tank. In the process from connection to disconnection of the circuit, the cleaning device acts to clean the insulator, continuous power supply of the battery is avoided while the insulator is clean
