Zusammenfassung:Tin-plated steel plates are important materials for manufacturing food and beverage cans. The corrosion resistance of the tin-plated steel plates to an acid medium is a main quality index. At present, a standard test method for measuring the ATC value is adopted at home and abroad to test the corrosion resistance of the tin-plated thin steel plates. According to the method, grapefruit juice or tomato juice is used as a medium to measure the current between a tin-plated thin steel plate without a tin layer and a pure tin electrode, and the current is used as a representation of the corrosion inhibition capability of an alloy layer. However, the method needs more than 20 hours of test time and is inconvenient to use. In the process of measuring the tin plating amount and the iron-tin alloy amount of the tin-plated steel plate by an electricity consumption method, it is found that a curve of the constant-current anode dissolution potential E of the tin-plated steel plate changing along with time t contains infor
