Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a vibration strength performance analysis method considering contact and belongs to the technical field of automobile detection. The analysis method comprises the following steps: step 1, establishing a cantilever structural member grid model; step 2, establishing a material nonlinear relation and a face-to-face contact pair; step 3, making modal performance analysis; step 4, making frequency response analysis; and step 5, obtaining a vibration intensity stress value of the cantilever structural member, and evaluating vibration characteristics. According to the analysis method provided by the invention, the mutual contact relationship between the cantilever structural parts and the nonlinear relationship of materials are considered, the real vibration strength characteristic of the cantilever structural parts can be obtained, and the accuracy of performance evaluation of the cantilever structural parts is improved.
