The anti-seismic roadbed comprises a base layer, a concrete layer, an anti-seismic graded gravel cushion layer, an anti-cracking net, an anti-seepage layer and an asphalt layer, wherein the base layer consists of the following components in percentage: 30%-40% of fine sand, 20%-40% of clay, and 10%-20% of water; the concrete layer consists of the following components in percentage: 20%-30% of cement, 25%-35% of sand, 20-30% of lime, 5%-10% of an additive, and 5%-10% of an admixture; and the graded gravel cushion layer is composed of the following components in percentage: 40%-50% of gravel, 30%-40% of natural sand, and 10%-20% of water.
