Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of a conductive composite PPS material. The conductive composite PPS material is obtained by melt blending of modified graphene/epoxy phenyl grafted/PAN carbon fibers and amino-functionalized polyphenylene sulfide. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, graphene with a regular net-shaped structure is prepared by a method of oxidation and re-reduction, and is used for manufacturing the PAN carbon fibers, so that the PAN carbon fibers with fewer defects and a smaller preferred orientation angle is prepared. Then, phenyl ethylene oxide is further grafted on the surface of the PAN carbon fibers, and covalent bond grafting of the PAN carbon fibers and polyphenylene sulfide is realized by utilizing reaction of epoxy and amino, so that the binding force of the modified graphene/epoxy phenyl grafted/PAN carbon fibers and polyphenylene sulfide is greatly enhanced; and the phase interface force of the modified graphene/epoxy phenyl grafted/PAN carbo |
