The functionalized graphene is prepared from the following raw materials of: an alkyl p-phenylenediamine antioxidant and graphene oxide; and the alkyl p-phenylenediamine antioxidant is one or more of N, N'-di-sec-butyl p-phenylenediamine, N, N'-bis (1, 3-dimethyl butyl) p-phenylenediamine, N, N'-bis (1, 4-dimethyl amyl) p-phenylenediamine, N, N'-di-iso-octyl p-phenylenediamine and N, N'-bis (1-ethyl-3-methyl amyl) p-phenylenediamine.
