The invention provides an organosilane coupling agent and a preparation method thereof. The molecular formula of the organosilane coupling agent is shown as RnSiX (4-n), n is a natural number lower than 4, an R group is a non-hydrolyzable group capable of reacting with organic matters, and an X group is a hydrolyzable group. The preparation method comprises the following specific steps: A, hydrolyzing three X groups connected with organosilane and silicon into corresponding silanol; B, condensing silanol into an oligomer; and C, forming hydrogen bonds by the oligomer and -OH groups on the organosilane-based material.
