Foamed polyurethane as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention provides foamed polyurethane as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The foamed polyurethane is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 20 parts of flame-retardant polyester polyol, 60 to 80 parts of polyether polyol, 50 to 70 parts of diisocyanate, 5 to 12 parts of a chain extender, 2 to 4 parts of a foaming agent, 1 to 4 parts of a flame retardant and 2 to 8 parts of a foam stabilizer. The foamed polyurethane provided by the invention has better flame retardant property, better mechanical property and higher aperture ratio, and is suitable for manufacturing automobile carpets. 本发明提供一种发泡聚氨酯及其制备方法和应用。所述发泡聚氨酯的制备原料包括如下重量份数的组分：阻燃聚酯多元醇10～20份、聚醚多元醇60～80份、二异氰酸酯50～70份、扩链剂5～12份、发泡剂2～4份、阻燃剂1～4份和泡孔稳定剂2～8份。本发明提供的发泡聚氨酯具有较好的阻燃性能、较好的力学性能和较高的开孔率，适用于制作汽车地毯。
