In the formula I, R1 represents 4-methylphenyl, 4-bromophenyl, 2, 6-dimethylphenyl, 2-methylphenyl, 2-methoxyphenyl, 2-naphthyl, benzyl or tertiary butyl, and R2 represents phenyl or 1, 1'-dinaphthyl. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the chiral thioether-phosphine compound. The invention also discloses a catalyst and application thereof. According to the invention, a thioether-phosphine ligand library is constructed by thiophenol, chiral amine and phenol, and the prepared chiral thioether-phosphine compound can be used as a chiral ligand for a palladium-catalyzed asymmetric allyl alkylation reaction.
