Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of catalytic degradation, in particular to application of ultrathin flaky metal hydroxide in antibiotic degradation. The application of the ultrathin flaky metal hydroxide in antibiotic degradation comprises the following steps: (a) mixing an aqueous dispersion of the ultrathin flaky metal hydroxide with an antibiotic solution, and carrying out mixed adsorption in a dark environment; and (b) reacting the mixed and adsorbed system under simulated illumination, sampling at regular time, and measuring the ultraviolet light absorption value. The ultrathin flaky metal hydroxide is applied to degradation of the antibiotics, the experimental method is simple, the accuracy is high, the ultrathin flaky metal hydroxide has excellent photocatalytic degradation performance on the antibiotics such as tetracycline hydrochloride, the residual quantity of the antibiotics is low after the reaction is finished, and meanwhile, the degradation rate is high; and the method can be used
