Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a spot welding electrode polishing assembly which comprises a fixing part and a polishing part, an electrode can penetrate through the fixing part from bottom to top in the axial direction and is fixed, and the polishing part is arranged above the fixing part in the axial direction of the electrode and used for polishing the end of the electrode. The fixing part comprises a first fixing piece and a second fixing piece from bottom to top in the axial direction of the electrode. The first fixing piece is sleeved on the electrode and is coaxial with the electrode. The lower end opening of the second fixing piece sleeves the first fixing piece and is fixed in the circumferential direction relative to the first fixing piece, and the second fixing piece is eccentrically arranged relative to the first fixing piece, so that the second fixing piece and the electrode are not coaxial. A through hole is formed in the upper end of the second fixing piece, and the top end of the electrode can penetr
