Zusammenfassung: | A novel efficient self-locking clamp is mainly composed of eight parts including an eccentric circular crank with a threaded hole and a handle, a stepped shaft with threads, a shaft sleeve with a shaft shoulder, a threaded hole and a key groove, a flat key, an angular contact ball bearing, an end cover, a shaft sleeve with a handle and a bottom plate. The eccentric circular crank is in threaded fit with the stepped shaft, and the distance between the clamp and a clamped workpiece is adjusted by rotating the crank. The outer circumference of the eccentric circle is in contact with the clamped workpiece and generates a certain pre-tightening force. By rotating the locking component in threaded fit with the stepped shaft, the locking component is in contact with the crank and generates certain acting force to fix the position of the crank. When the eccentric circle is rotated around the stepped shaft to clamp the workpiece, the eccentric circle rotates and ascends under the counter-acting force of the workpiece. |
