Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a whole-plant rice and mushroom bran co-fermented feed and a processing and blending method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: selecting fresh, clean and mildew-free edible mushroom residues after mushroom harvesting, preferably selecting a mushroom residue type with high lignin degrading enzyme activity, removing a coating material, and slightly crushing by using a crusher; selecting rice from milk ripening to complete ripening, harvesting overground parts, and timely and moderately chopping and crushing or rubbing into shreds; mixing the treated whole-plant rice and mushroom bran according to a dry matter ratio of (80-99): (20-1), filling the mixture into a proper facility or container, compacting or exhausting air, sealing, fermenting at natural temperature, and storing; and fermenting for 3-6 days in summer and 6-15 days in autumn to be mature so as to obtain the whole-plant rice and mushroom bran co-fermented feed.
