The drive circuit comprises a high-energy-density low-voltage battery, the high-energy-density low-voltage battery is connected with a feedback sensing unit after sequentially passing through a control module, a switching circuit and the electroactive polymer actuator, and the feedback sensing unit is used for detecting the running state of the actuator, and performs feedback control on the on-off of the driving circuit; and the loading time of the voltage on the electroactive polymer actuator is controlled by using a switching signal, and the maximum charging electric quantity of the actuator, the deformation size of the actuator or the driving force are measured through the feedback sensing unit to carry out feedback control on the pulse width.
