The embodiment of the invention relates to a telemetry data fusion method based on frame quality evaluation. The method comprises the following steps: standardizing data files of all telemetering stations to obtain an intermediate file with a uniform frame format; performing frame-by-frame analysis on the intermediate file, and performing quantitative evaluation to obtain all single-frame data quality description units of the intermediate file; constructing a fusion information table according to all single-frame data quality description units of the intermediate file; and according to the fusion information table, preferentially outputting the intermediate file frame by frame to obtain whole-course telemetering data.
