Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing a high-performance large-tow carbon fiber precursor by using a dry acrylic process. The method comprises the following steps that a polyacrylonitrile spinning solution is sprayed for acrylic fibers through a spinneret plate; tows are fed into a channel for drying and forming, dilute liquid is fed from the tail end of the channel for drafting and setting, and then washing and drafting are achieved; and finally heat setting is performed. According to the method for preparing the high-performance large-tow carbon fiber precursor by using the dry acrylic process, the raw materials for the acrylic fibers are adjusted through a dry spinning process, polyacrylonitrile precursor meeting the large-tow carbon fiber grade requirement can be prepared, and the cost of large-tow carbon fibers is effectively reduced.
本发明公开了一种用干法腈纶工艺制备高性能大丝束碳纤维原丝的方法,包括以下步骤:腈纶用聚丙烯腈纺丝原液经喷丝板喷出,丝束进入甬道进行干燥成型,从甬道末端进入稀液进行牵伸定型后再进行水洗牵伸,最后进行热定型。本发明将腈纶用原料通过干法纺丝工艺的调整,能够制备出大丝束碳纤维级别要求的聚丙烯腈原丝,有效降低了大丝束碳纤维的成本。 |
