The general formula of the novel chiral thioether-sulfinyl imide ligand is shown as a formula I, in which the R1 represents any one of 4-methylphenyl, 4-chlorphenyl, 2-methoxyphenyl, 2,6-dimethylphenyl, benzyl and tert-butyl, and R2 represents any one of tert-butyl and 4-methylphenyl.
