Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a novel chiral thioether-sulfinyl imide ligand and a preparation method of the novel chiral thioether-sulfinyl imide ligand. The general formula of the novel chiral thioether-sulfinyl imide ligand is shown as a formula I, in which the R1 represents any one of 4-methylphenyl, 4-chlorphenyl, 2-methoxyphenyl, 2,6-dimethylphenyl, benzyl and tert-butyl, and R2 represents any one of tert-butyl and 4-methylphenyl. The novel complex formed by the chiral thioether-sulfinyl imide and the allyl palladium chloride dimer has good catalytic activity on the asymmetric allyl alkylation reaction, and can be used as a high-selectivity chiral ligand of the reaction. 本发明公开了一种新型手性硫醚-亚磺酰亚胺配体及其制备方法。该类新型手性硫醚-亚磺酰亚胺配体的通式如式I所示,其中R1表示4-甲基苯基、4-氯苯基、2-甲氧基苯基、2,6-二甲苯基、苄基、叔丁基中任意一种,R2表示叔丁基、4-甲基苯基中任意一种。本发明的新型手性硫醚-亚磺酰亚胺与烯丙基氯化钯二聚体形成的络合物对不对称烯丙基烷基化反应具有良好的催化活性,可作为该类反应高选择性的手性配体。
