By means of the repairing method, the composite cooling structure flame tube with serious overtemperature damage can be repaired, the repaired flame tube has the re-operation condition, the service life of components is prolonged, and the operation and maintenance cost of a unit is reduced. 本发明公开了一种复合冷却结构火焰筒超温损伤的修复方法,需要切除超温造成的严重变形损伤部分,重新组装新的出口环、点焊、氩弧焊连续焊接、进行必要的去应力热处理。通过该修复方法可以超温严重损伤的复合冷却结构火焰筒进行修复,修复后具备再次运行条件,提高部件的使用寿命,降低机组运维成本。
