An active liquid stirrer comprises an outer cylinder, a first spiral body, a stirring rod and a second spiral body. The outer cylinder is provided with a mixing cavity, the first spiral body is fixed to the wall of the mixing cavity, and the stirring rod is arranged in the mixing cavity and can move up and down in the mixing cavity.
