The health-care food comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of composite ferment powder I and 10-20 parts of composite ferment powder II, the composite ferment powder I is obtained by mixing astragalus membranaceus, mangnolia officinalis, bighead atractylodes rhizome, poria cocos, angelica sinensis, elecampane, polygala tenuifolia, longan aril, spina date seeds, Chinese dates, fingered citron and citron and performing solid-state fermentation; and the composite ferment powder II is obtained by mixing and fermenting rosemary, salvia officinalis, saffron crocus, basil, valerian roots, passiflora edulis, chamomile and melissa officinalis.
