The sheath structure comprises an outer sheath layer, and the outer sheath layer is arranged on the periphery of the cable core in a sleeving mode; the plurality of dual-frequency RFID tags are arranged between the cable core and the outer sheath layer, and the plurality of dual-frequency RFID tags are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the cable. The dual-frequency RFID tag can detect the operation information of the cable in real time, and meets the monitoring and early warning requirements.
